Grants

A number of free registration and travel scholarships are available for members of the following extracellular vesicles societies:

Austrian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ASEV): Provides 5 travel stipends of €1000 each to ASEV members (PhD students and PostDocs within 3 years post-PhD). For more information, contact Wolfgang Holnthoner at wolfgang.holnthoner@trauma.lbg.ac.at.

Baltic Society for Extracellular Vesicles (BSEV): Covers registration fees up to €5000 for its members on a first-come, first-served basis. Free registration spots are now available and will remain open until all are filled.

Belgian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (BESEV): Offers free registration to 5 PhD students on a first-come, first-served basis. These spots are currently open and will close once filled.

Czech Society for Extracellular Vesicles (CzeSEV): Offers free registration to 3 PhD students who are affiliated with CzeSEV. For more information, contact czesev@sci.muni.cz.

Finnish Society for Extracellular Vesicles (FISEV): Offers free registration to 5 PhD students/early career researchers who are affiliated with FISEV.

French Society for Extracellular Vesicles (FSEV): Offers two travel grants of 250 Euros each to young researchers who did not attend the Vienna meeting, to help partially cover their accommodation or travel expenses.

German society for extracellular vesicles (GSEV): will provide limited number of travel grants to students (GSEV member) enrolled in a university program (BSc, MSc, MD, or PhD) who submit an abstract. Italian Society of Extracellular Vesicles (EVIta): Offers two scholarships worth €200 each to early career researchers affiliates with EVlta. Please contact info@evitasociety.org for more information.

Netherlands Society for Extracellular Vesicles (NLSEV):  Award two €250 scholarships to young researchers affiliated with NLSEV, to help cover their travel/accommodation expenses. For more information please contact info@nlsev.nl.

Portuguese Network on Extracellular Vesicles (PNEV): Priority given to PhD students who are PNEV members and have their abstracts selected for oral presentation MOVE2025.

Serbian society for extracellular vesicles (SRBEV): (SRBEV) is offering a limited number of free registration spots for PhD students who are SRBEV members. For more information, please contact srbevs.office@gmail.com.

Spanish Society for Extracellular Vesicles (GEIVEX): Offers 15 registration scholarships of up to €1500 for GEIVEX-affiliated PhD students. Free registration spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain open until all are filled. Additionally, 3 travel fellowships will be awarded to PhD students selected for oral presentations at the meeting. UK Society for Extracellular Vesicles (UKEV): Offers free registration to 5 PhD students affiliated with UKEV. These spots are currently open and will close once filled.
