The Science Centre was founded by the University of Tartu, the Ministry of Education and Research and the City of Tartu. AHHAA's main mission is to promote science to the public. ESTONIAN TRADITIONAL SAUNA

Date: 9 October 2025

Location: Hotel Tartu sauna centre (address: Soola tn 3, 51004 Tartu)

Time: 20:00-23:00

Price: 30€ per person (pre-registration needed, fully booked)

A minimum of 15 participants is required for the sauna. We reserve the right to cancel if this condition is not met.

The sauna centre is open from 20:00 to 23:00. You can enjoy three different saunas: steam sauna, Finnish sauna, and sanarium. There are also two hot tubs available for relaxation. Towels can be rented for €2 each at the reception of Tartu Hotel. Bathrobes and slippers can also be rented from the sauna centre administrator for an additional fee. Slippers and swimwear are mandatory in the sauna centre. Refreshing drinks are available at the bar with a 10% discount. Please note that bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted in the sauna centre.
